伊戈?duì)?middot;雅可夫列維奇·克魯托伊，出生于當(dāng)時(shí)的基羅沃格勒州加依沃倫市的一個(gè)普通工人之家。小時(shí)候自己迷上了巴揚(yáng)手風(fēng)琴，并在中學(xué)的樂(lè)隊(duì)擔(dān)任巴揚(yáng)手。中學(xué)畢業(yè)后進(jìn)入基羅沃格勒音樂(lè)學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)音樂(lè)理論，1974年以優(yōu)異成績(jī)畢業(yè)。后來(lái)卻因?yàn)樘K.史成績(jī)不及格未能如愿考入基輔音樂(lè)學(xué)院，只得在當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村中學(xué)教音樂(lè)課，一年后考入尼古拉耶夫市音樂(lè)師范學(xué)院合唱指揮系，1979年畢業(yè)。在音樂(lè)師范學(xué)院期間，他因?yàn)樵诓宛^打工而認(rèn)識(shí)了歌唱家亞歷山大·謝洛夫，并開(kāi)始為謝洛夫?qū)懜琛榱舜蛳略鷮?shí)的作曲基礎(chǔ)，他后來(lái)又在薩拉托夫音樂(lè)學(xué)院就讀并以成績(jī)優(yōu)異畢業(yè)。1986和1987年連續(xù)兩年時(shí)間里，謝洛夫在國(guó)際音樂(lè)比賽中獲勝，獲獎(jiǎng)歌曲正是克魯托伊的作品。
1988年伊戈?duì)?middot;克魯托伊榮獲列寧共青團(tuán)獎(jiǎng)。1996年被授予俄羅斯人民演員稱號(hào)。同時(shí)，伊戈?duì)?middot;克魯托伊也是APC制作公司的創(chuàng)辦人、獨(dú)立著作權(quán)社創(chuàng)辦人、俄羅斯MTV電視臺(tái)股東（份額25%）；還是LOVE-RADIO電臺(tái)、X-FM調(diào)頻臺(tái)和RADIO別墅電臺(tái)以及年度歌曲電視節(jié)目的創(chuàng)始人、一年一度的尤爾瑪拉新浪潮音樂(lè)節(jié)歌詠大賽項(xiàng)目發(fā)起人之一、明星工廠項(xiàng)目第四期的音樂(lè)制作人。2009年7月28日獲得四級(jí)“為祖國(guó)服務(wù)”勛章。2014年7月21日獲得三級(jí)“為祖國(guó)服務(wù)”勛章。

Life and career
Igor Yakovlevich Krutoy (Russian: Игорь Яковлевич Крутой), born on July 29, 1954, is a Ukrainian-born Russian music composer, performer, producer and musical promoter. Krutoy was awarded the Lenin Komsomol Prize in 1989.
Igor Krutoy was born on July 29, 1954, in Haivoron (Kirovograd oblast). When a child, he taught himself to play the accordion, and later played in the school band. Igor studied at the musical school, and after graduation he entered the Theory faculty at Kirovograd music college, that he graduated with distinction in 1974. He failed to enter the Kiev Conservatory and spent the following year giving accordion classes in Haivoron and Bandurovo village. Next year Igor entered Nikolaev State Pedagogical Institute at conductor (choral music) department. While studying there, he worked in restaurants, where he met singer Aleksander Serov, who later would become his friend and would be perform many of his songs. During that period Krutoy also worked as artistic director of Valentina Tolkunova band and gave performances accompanying famous Russian actor Yevgeny Leonov.
In 1979, he was invited to Moscow Concert Orchestra "Panorama", where he worked together with such famous artists, as Leonid. In 1986 Igor Krutoy finally managed to enter the Saratov Conservatory, the composer department.In parallel, his friend, popular singer Aleksander Serov, was winning international competitions with Igor Krutoy songs "Inspiration" and "In Fate's Despite".
In 2012, Igor Krutoy became the chairman of Music1.ru and a shareholder of Net Element following a $2 million investment into the company. The joint venture culminated with the launch of www.Music1.ru, expected to become the online centerpiece of Krutoy’s music enterprise and the online music market leader in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries.
