Sir Scratch and K-Cut have combined their talents with Mikey D, who demonstrates a raw voice and delivery. The album includes verses from Jadakiss and Sheek Louch of The LOX before they became successful a few years later. In addition, there is a female rapper named Shaqueen (Kool G Rap's wife) who contributes to the final two tracks of the record. Only one single was released from the album, "What You Need" in 1993.
