Gold Lounge

Gold Lounge is the musical project of Michele Felloni ( alias Michele Effe ) ,an Italian producer and composers of chillout ambient and electronic music.
Michele start to listen and play music very early, at the age of six he had his first piano lesson,
His musical background grows during the 70s and 80s , very important period for the amount and the quality of musical productions .
Bands like Chic,Earth Wind & Fire,Giorgio Moroder, the funky ,the soul music and later, Simple minds,Tears for fears,Depeche mode and all the new wave generation, have strongly influenced Michele’s style.
In the 90s Michele began the career as a DJ and, thanks to this , he had the chance to play in several Italian clubs during the birth of house music.
During this period he had the opportunities to merge the experience of his previous musical studies ,with the possibilities offered by the DJs profession.
He produced some succesfull House tracks with a group called Omnia Tria , some of these have been played by the most important italians radio networks and he reached important positions in International charts ( ie: n° 15 in the Dance top 50 of Canada ) and were distributed in Europe by important labels like “Sony France” and “ZYX Germany”.
Michele participated to different projects and productions in collaboration with other famous Italian DJs , he also produced two remix ,” Gipsy Woman” by Cristal Water and “You to me are everything” by The Real Thing , for the famous and internationally acclaimed DMC ( Disco Mix Club).
In the 2007 , during a vacation at the white island -Ibiza – , Michele discovered the chillout and lounge music,it was immediate love , so He decided to converge his musical tendence in this “new” fascinating style.
In 2008 Michele starts his collaboration with the german label Sine music ,internationally acclaimed as one of the most innovative labels of chillout and lounge music.
Togheter with Sine music , Michele has released several tracks featured in famous compilations like Chillbar,Calm Ibiza and Le cafè Abstrait.
He collaborate also with other internationally well known labels like Tyranno lounge,Ideal Musik,Sony Germany .
In 2011 Michele released worldwide the project “ Gold Lounge - Spirals” that represent his first complete album which includes some recent and unreleased works and others ,that coming from the first musical stage , have been revised and remixed.
In 2012 He released “Double Life” ,the second album that combines his best songs with new, previously unreleased, compositions on a 13-track album.Double Life has reached the 13th position in the Germans iTunes electronic charts and the 4th position on the Deutsche Chillout Charts.
