His World of Vinylgroover series of records solidified his popularity in the late 90s, in addition to his voluminous canon of 12 releases. In 2001, hiGHBorn Records released Hard Energy, a mix album that showcased Vinylgroovers move into Nu-NRG/hard house territory.
