Amanda’s Biography

Hey, I'm Amanda and thanks for visiting my website! I was born in Toronto on February 22, 1988. I've always been very outgoing and love to entertain my friends and family. My parents noticed I had a love for singing and dancing and I started taking vocal and dance lessons at the age of 5. Over the years, I’ve done various commercials, printwork, short films and voiceovers. Although I love to act and dance, my true passion lies in singing and writing lyrics for my songs. I am a singer, songwriter and dancer. My music is a mix of dance hooks, R&B undertones and intimate love ballads. My vocal coach, Lorraine Lawson, encouraged me to try songwriting and was instrumental in teaming me up with Trust from Pow Productions in late 2006. I went into the studio to record some of my favourite original songs. I have also been producing music with Gavin Bradley and Dan Kircher. Above are some of my latest tracks and I hope you like them!! My first single "Dreams" has been released to radio stations across Canada. Mostly, I want to share myself through my music and hope that others will be able to relate themselves to me and the songs! Hopefully, soon, I will have everyone in the world listening and dancing and even singing along to my songs!! My full album is set to release in the spring of 2009!!
